Rubashkin/Agriprocessor plant was sold

The story on the street is they will not be rehiring any of the previous employees, they seem to be starting with a clean slate.

Who's paying for this? $3 million dollars to alleviate the youth issue at the new library? Can we think of a better place to spend our tax dollars?
